John is very annoyed today. We've been home 3 days of the 4 day Thanksgiving weekend, so he's bored and agitated. He says he wants to go out for a run. I'm distracting him from that because I know he'll get lost. He also wants to go to Costco. That's almost a daily thing. He wants to check out the computers because he thinks his is broken. His computer is not broken, but he has trouble getting past the password prompt. I enter his password and that calms him for a while, but soon he's stuck again on something else. He blames the computer, not himself. Then he flits around the house from one thing to another, getting more frustrated as he goes. He yells at me many times a day, but is particularly harsh with Jordan. He doesn't gripe at her as often as he does me, but when he does it's typically more targetted at her, rather than grousing in general. Of course it's the disease talking, but it is still difficult to tolerate day after day, week after week.
I need to get some errands done so I'll take him with me. It means it takes longer, but at least he's occupied and less agitated. Tomorrow we'll be back to our regular routine and he'll be at Easter Seals. He'll be busy and therefore happier. The Christmas and New Years break in a few weeks might feel really long!

Is there anyone who can help occupy John over the holidays? I suppose the Covid restrictions interfere with that too!
